This year’s auditions for the GOLDEN BOAT 2020 competition in the categories: VOCAL, CHOREOGRAPHY and MUSIC are over! On Friday, on 21 August, the Centre hosted the talented festival participants and witnessed many energetic and colorful stage presentations.

Among many unusual events, we cannot forget to mention the opening of the Inspired in a folk way exhibition, created especially for the 10th anniversary of the Festival. The interactive and interesting form of the exhibition does not allow you to pass by indifferently, and the exhibition itself takes us on a journey through all previous editions. For some it is interesting, for others it brings good memories.

On Friday (21.08) we started the 10th jubilee Festival of Youth Creativity FOLK INSPIRATIONS with the concert Hello! It’s festival! It’s Łódź. The hosts – artists from the Youth Centre – POLTEX, Song Studio, Tu i Teraz, Krajki, and festival guests – the Song and Dance Group GRAJEWIANIE and the Song and Dance Group EŁK presented themselves on the stage.

We have already presented our guests from different parts of Poland. There will also be representatives of our city: Song and Dance Ensemble POLTEX, vocalists from our Song Studio, Modern Dance Group TU I TERAZ, D-H THEATRE and Scout Artistic Group KRAJKI that is celebrating its 45 anniversary this year!

It is high time we introduced you to our guests that will present themselves during the first part of X edition of Folk Inspirations: Song and Dance Group GRAJEWIANIE from Podlasie region, Song and Dance Group EŁK from Mazury region as well as Folk Dance Group PRUSZKOWIACY.
